Do you want to get stronger but you are afraid of hurting yourself?  Do you want to learn how to safely lift weights for the rest of your life?  Kailie holds a doctor of physical therapy and is a USA weightlifting level 1 coach.  Strength training may look different for a 10 year old vs. a 40 year old vs. a 91 year old, but the goals are the same...Increased strength not only improves bone density across all ages but it also improves overall health and independence as we age!
